San Francisco’s heavy psych rockers Moon Duo are rolling, putting out an album a year for four years in a row, exploring hypnotic Krautrock and Bo Diddley rhythms and Loop’s Stooges-infused minimalist riff space rock, all with their own signature sound. Their follow-up to last year’s exceptional Mazes is Circles, out on October 2 on Sacred Bones. The first video for the album stars King Khan, of garage rockers King Khan & the Shrines, as a new-age workout guru who seduces with his sinewy, sexy workout dance moves and doses hipster couples while Moon Duo observe from the back.
